THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • You will be joining AccruePartners Project Solutions , partnering directly with a high-growth, nationally recognized specialty insurance organization undergoing active transformation
  • Our Project Solutions practice supports clients across four core pillars: Enterprise Program & PMO Leadership; Business & Technology Enablement; Process Optimization; and Operational Readiness & Change Adoption
  • In this engagement, you will be embedded within the client’s HR function, working alongside senior HR leadership to bring structure, discipline, and execution to critical enterprise initiatives
  • You will collaborate closely with the Head of HR Operations, Compensation leadership, HRIS teams, and business stakeholders across a complex organization of ~6,000 employees
  • This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—serving as a trusted partner to leadership while driving day-to-day project outcomes

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
  • Opportunity to lead high-visibility, enterprise HR initiatives through AccruePartners Project Solutions
  • Direct exposure to executive stakeholders and influence over board-level deliverables
  • Ability to drive meaningful change across organizational design, compensation structures, and employee experience
  • A collaborative consulting environment with ongoing support from AccruePartners throughout the engagement
  • Potential for extension or long-term opportunity based on project success and business needs

LOCATION
  • Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Bring structure and execution rigor to an HR function managing multiple critical initiatives without dedicated project leadership
  • Drive forward a high-priority job architecture initiative impacting ~2,500 employees that has experienced multiple starts and stops
  • Lead coordination and rollout of a new recognition platform aimed at improving employee engagement across the organization
  • Enable alignment between HR, IT, and business leaders on organizational structure, job mapping, and compensation frameworks
  • Ensure visibility, accountability, and progress against timelines for initiatives with executive and board-level exposure

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Experience leading HR transformation initiatives, particularly job architecture, compensation, or organizational design
  • Strong project management capability with a track record of driving timelines, managing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes
  • Techno-functional understanding of HRIS platforms, ideally Workday (HCM, Compensation, Core HR)
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured plans and drive execution across cross-functional teams
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, particularly within sales-driven or decentralized organizations
  • Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability without a heavy-handed approach
