WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage all HR functions including benefits, employee relations and recruiting
- Drive company culture with event and engagement surveys to continue their long-standing tenured employee base
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to the needs of our environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
