THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • You will be joining AccruePartners Project Solutions , partnering with a high-growth, nationally recognized specialty insurance organization undergoing active transformation
  • Our Project Solutions practice supports clients across four core pillars: Enterprise Program & PMO Leadership; Business & Technology Enablement; Process Optimization; and Operational Readiness & Change Adoption
  • In this engagement, you will be embedded within the client’s HR function, partnering closely with HR leadership to bring structure, coordination, and execution discipline to critical initiatives
  • You will work directly with the Head of HR Operations, Compensation leadership, HRIS teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across a complex organization of ~6,000 employees
  • This role is centered on project leadership and execution, serving as the connective point across teams to ensure alignment, visibility, and forward progress

LOCATION
  • Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Bring project structure, coordination, and execution rigor to an HR function managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Drive forward a high-priority job architecture effort impacting ~2,500 employees, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment are maintained
  • Support rollout of a new employee recognition platform, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth implementation
  • Act as a central point of coordination across HR, IT, and business stakeholders, helping manage dependencies and ensure progress across workstreams
  • Provide visibility into project status, risks, and milestones, while helping escalate and resolve issues that may impact delivery

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Strong project management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving timelines to completion
  • Experience working on HR or HRIS-related projects, with familiarity in areas such as job architecture, compensation, or employee programs preferred
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments
  • Techno-functional understanding of HR systems, ideally Workday (HCM, Compensation, Core HR)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity across teams
  • Comfort operating in environments where priorities shift and projects require consistent follow-through to stay on track
