WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Administers and oversees employee leave programs including FMLA, ADA, short- and long-term disability, and state-specific leave laws

Serves as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR business partners on all leave and accommodation inquiries

Ensures accurate documentation, compliance, and timely tracking within systems like Workday and Leavelink

Partners closely with HR and payroll to support seamless employee transitions and minimize business disruption

Identifies trends, analyzes metrics, and recommends process improvements that strengthen Sunbelt’s leave management practices
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience administering leave programs or related HR compliance functions
-
Deep understanding of FMLA, ADA, and state-level leave requirements
-
Proven ability to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
-
Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with employees at all organizational levels
-
Experience using Workday and/or LeaveLink (Absentys) preferred
-
Strong customer service mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
