LOCATION
- Clover, SC area – Onsite 5 days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring for hourly, operational, and technical positions
- Address routine employee relations matters, escalating more complex situations to HR leadership
- Support employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, policy administration, and compliance requirements
- Assist with HRIS updates, system improvements, and ongoing HR process enhancements
- Provide support with payroll and benefits administration, with the opportunity to develop additional payroll processing responsibilities
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar hands-on Human Resources role
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting hourly employee populations, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Exposure to payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
- Approachable, adaptable professional who is comfortable working with employees at all levels and managing competing priorities
