- This role will help drive day-to-day HR operations while ensuring consistency across processes and employee communication
- Serve as a key partner to leadership by supporting employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration
- Help improve HR responsiveness and support during a period of organizational growth and change
- Provide hands-on support across multiple areas of HR, allowing leadership to remain focused on strategic business initiatives
- Assist with maintaining compliance, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Operations capacity
- Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR documentation
- Prior experience supporting recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers on hourly and professional-level hiring needs preferred
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high levels of communication
- Experience supporting field-based, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-site employee populations is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Experience working within HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records and reporting
