WHERE IT IS LOCATED
- On-site in the north Charlotte area
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Serve as a key HR business partner supporting a broad range of human resources functions.
- Lead employee relations efforts by providing coaching, guidance, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations as needed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration activities across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and organizational procedures.
- Partner with leaders across departments on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other employee-related programs.
- Utilize HR data and reporting to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Provide support across HR operations, including HRIS administration, process improvement, and team member communications.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and leaders while helping foster a positive workplace culture.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- 5–7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Experience supporting healthcare, senior living, or similar is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience partnering with leaders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; Paycom experience is a plus.
- Exposure to compensation, workforce analytics, workers' compensation, or payroll support is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility and trust throughout an organization.
