LOCATION:
  • SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

  • Plays a key role in supporting a compliant and efficient onboarding process for domestic and global hires
  • Mitigates legal and financial risk by proactively identifying and correcting documentation errors
  • Supports the Global Mobility team in maintaining up-to-date and audit-ready employee records
  • Enhances the integrity of E-Verify processes, helping the company avoid costly compliance issues
  • Contributes to a smooth and consistent employee experience across multiple office locations

  • Reviewing I-9 documentation for compliance and accuracy
  • E-Verify case creation and resolution
  • Using Workday to manage employee records or onboarding tasks
  • Understanding of employment eligibility regulations
