WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Own weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate deductions, adjustments, compliance, and Certified Payroll Reporting (CPRs)
- Manage onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding workflows with precision and consistency
- Maintain compliance tracking (CDLs, medical cards, testing programs) and audit-ready documentation
- Support HRIS data integrity, reporting, and process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or payroll-focused HR roles
- Proven payroll processing experience with strong reconciliation and audit awareness
- Experience in multi-site, field-heavy environments (construction, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, etc.)
- Strong HRIS/system proficiency with a highly detail-oriented, process-driven approach
