WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Serves as a critical support resource for the HR team, helping ensure employees receive timely and accurate assistance.
  • Plays a key role in maintaining employee records, HR documentation, onboarding activities, and administrative processes.
  • Supports recruiting and hiring efforts by coordinating interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics.
  • Helps improve the overall employee experience by ensuring HR processes are organized, compliant, and efficient.
  • Provides operational support that allows HR leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and business partnership activities.
  • Offers visibility across multiple departments and opportunities to contribute to process improvements as the organization continues to grow.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, HR administration, recruiting coordination, office administration, or employee support functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience handling confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable working within HR systems, Microsoft Office, and data-entry-intensive environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting teams, solving problems, and creating structure within administrative processes.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, with interest in pursuing long-term growth within Human Resources.
