  LOCATION:
  • Charlotte, NC and onsite 5 days per week
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11, M365/Office applications, Intune, Adobe, and standard hardware like laptops and printers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime for employees while ensuring efficient resolution without the need for direct supervision.
  • Take full ownership of the installation and setup of new desktops, laptops, and peripherals, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution, ensuring smooth deployment with minimal oversight and a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Help build and improve the company’s knowledge base system and processes.
  • Act as a self-starter, managing tasks and resolving issues without constant supervision.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and processes within ServiceNow ticketing system.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • At least 5 years of experience in desktop support or similar technical roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with an ability to resolve complex hardware/software issues.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft stack, including Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, and Adobe applications.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
