  • Serves as the primary recruiting partner responsible for attracting top talent across multiple office locations.
  • Plays a critical role in supporting the company's expansion efforts and future hiring initiatives.
  • Ensures a positive candidate experience through effective communication, coordination, and relationship management.
  • Helps establish recruiting best practices, hiring processes, and onboarding programs as the business grows.
  • Supports local office operations and contributes to building a strong workplace culture.
  • Acts as a trusted partner to leadership by identifying and engaging high-caliber talent that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Serves as one of the first key hires supporting the Charlotte office, with the opportunity to influence future hiring strategy and team development.
  • Leads recruiting efforts for critical sales and business support positions that drive revenue and operational performance.
 
 
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, ideally within sales, professional services, staffing, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong ability to identify talent through networking, relationship-building, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable in an onsite role that blends recruiting, onboarding, office coordination, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Self-starter who operates independently, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and attract talent through networking, referrals, community engagement, and proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Experience supporting HR processes, onboarding, office administration, or employee-facing operations is a plus.
