Responsibilities:
  • Lead integration initiatives across two organizations, ensuring alignment of strategy, culture, and operations throughout the transition.
  • Assess current-state business processes, organizational structures, and systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement future-state processes, governance frameworks, and operating models to support sustainable growth and efficiency.
  • Oversee the PMO function, driving cross-functional project execution, tracking milestones, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to establish priorities, measure outcomes, and enable successful change adoption across both organizations.
 
Background that Fits:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale organizational integrations, with a track record of aligning people, processes, and systems during mergers or acquisitions.
  • Strong background in Program/Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, including governance, portfolio management, and cross-functional execution.
  • Expertise in current-state assessments and designing future-state business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to drive change management and ensure adoption of new operating models.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in business transformation, process optimization, and performance measurement.
