Responsibilities:
- Lead integration initiatives across two organizations, ensuring alignment of strategy, culture, and operations throughout the transition.
- Assess current-state business processes, organizational structures, and systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement future-state processes, governance frameworks, and operating models to support sustainable growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the PMO function, driving cross-functional project execution, tracking milestones, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to establish priorities, measure outcomes, and enable successful change adoption across both organizations.
