WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner closely with executive leadership to shape and execute a forward-looking global people strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and evolve the HR function, overseeing a team across generalist, talent development, and broader people operations to ensure a high-impact, service-oriented model
- Elevate the organization’s people leadership approach, with the role positioned to grow into a CHRO-level seat at the executive table
- Strengthen global HR alignment by supporting workforce strategies across multiple regions and enhancing integration with international teams
- Own and advance compensation and benefits strategy, including market benchmarking, program design, and external vendor partnerships
- Build on existing leadership development and training programs, leveraging both internal expertise and external resources to scale impact
- Reestablish trust and partnership between HR and the broader organization by improving communication, responsiveness, and internal service delivery
- Partner with leadership to forecast global workforce needs, ensuring the organization is well-positioned to support growth and evolving business demands
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong foundation in both strategic and operational HR
- Proven experience operating in a global environment, with the ability to support and influence people strategy across multiple countries
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership, contributing at the highest levels of the organization
- Experience building, leading, and developing HR teams in a way that balances strategy with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Deep expertise in compensation and benefits, including market-based benchmarking and program leadership
- Strength in leadership development, training, and talent management within a broader HR leadership scope
- SHRM certification preferred; PHR or equivalent credentials also viewed favorably
