WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Own the enterprise systems roadmap and oversee the full lifecycle of core platforms including ERP (Finance), HCM, CRM, and other firm-wide systems
- Lead implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring a timely, on-budget deployment with minimal business disruption and strong adoption across functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support key business processes such as onboarding, payroll, billing, engagement management, and financial operations
- Manage transition strategies including legacy system maintenance, data conversion, user training, and post-implementation support
- Partner with sales, marketing, and service teams to continuously improve CRM capabilities, including introducing AI-driven enhancements
- Drive process improvement and system optimization across all enterprise platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience managing enterprise systems with successful leadership in HCM, ERP, and CRM implementations
- Proven track record leading large-scale system deployments ($10M+), ideally in a professional services environment
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, Oracle, HubSpot, Zendesk, and ServiceNow
- Strong cross-functional expertise, with the ability to influence business leaders and improve core processes across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Risk
- Skilled in leveraging AI capabilities within SaaS platforms to enhance user experience and system efficiency
- Strong leadership, project management, and change management skills, with a focus on training, adoption, and performance optimization
