WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Define and lead the company's enterprise data strategy, aligning with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Oversee a cross-functional team of data engineers and BI/analytics professionals, driving a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary steward of our data ecosystem across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring integration, governance, and quality.
  • Establish scalable data infrastructure and analytics capabilities that support operational insights, customer intelligence, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Standardize and streamline reporting, ensuring consistency, usability, and impact.
  • Stay hands-on as needed to support complex initiatives, resolve architectural challenges, or implement critical reporting components.
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-wide data strategy (multi-location, operations-heavy or retail environment preferred)
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud data architecture, experience in Azure and/or GCP preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with Business Intelligence reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and a solid understanding of their appropriate use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse data teams, balancing technical depth with business alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
