LOCATION
- Remote flexibility with a preference for candidates located in the Greensboro, Durham, High Point, or surrounding North Carolina markets.
- Initial 6–12 month contract engagement with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and execute a full-funnel digital growth strategy across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and cross-selling, with accountability for key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER.
- Lead external performance marketing partners and optimize paid media across search, social, retargeting, and emerging digital platforms.
- Identify and test new growth channels, audience strategies, campaign approaches, and promotional opportunities that generate profitable incremental demand.
- Partner with digital, creative, product marketing, and agency teams to develop integrated product-launch campaigns and high-performing branded, influencer, and user-generated content.
- Analyze customer journeys and campaign performance to recommend improvements across landing pages, website storytelling, user experience, conversion, and promotional planning.
- Manage channel and product-level budget allocation while partnering cross-functionally to forecast demand and align inventory with campaign activity.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 5+ years of experience driving measurable digital growth within a direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or consumer-focused organization.
- Demonstrated success managing performance marketing agencies and scaling paid media across major search and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, attribution, customer acquisition economics, GA4, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience supporting a premium or design-oriented consumer brand within industries such as home, fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or related categories.
- Strong creative and commercial judgment with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations for messaging, content, customer experience, and media investment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce, Magento, or a comparable enterprise e-commerce platform is highly preferred
