Location
- Hybrid, onsite 3x in Charlotte, NC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Provide additional payroll support during a period of high hiring volume and continued organizational growth
- Help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time by supporting recurring payroll processing activities
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new-hire setup and ongoing payroll changes
- Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve payroll-related tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with post-payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Help the payroll team maintain strong service levels while managing increased transaction volume
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Previous experience supporting payroll administration or payroll processing within a fast-paced organization
- Hands-on experience using Dayforce Payroll
- Experience maintaining employee payroll data, entering payroll transactions, and supporting new-hire setup
- Familiarity with payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits, and researching payroll discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential employee and compensation information
- A responsive, service-oriented approach to handling employee questions and resolving payroll tickets
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Finance teams
