  • Prior front desk, receptionist, office coordinator, administrative assistant, hospitality, customer service, or office manager experience
  • Upbeat, personable, and professional communication style
  • Comfortable answering phones, greeting visitors, and interacting with a wide range of personalities throughout the day
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep meeting spaces, calendars, and office touchpoints organized
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable being in a visible, high-touch role where service and attitude matter every day
