WHERE THIS POSITION SITS

  • Onsite in Charlotte, NC - 5x a week

 
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Drives store growth by bringing new Franchisees into the system
  • Ensures the success of both new and existing Franchisees by developing, working, and continually refining selling and onboarding processes

 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Drives store growth by attracting, identifying, and bringing Franchisee candidates into the company's system
  • Responsible for marketing the Brand to the candidate pool
  • Maintains a sales funnel and real-time status on prospects, finalists, and signed Franchisees
  • Installs and works sales processes - and works with the cross functional teams to ensure
    • The success of the new Franchisees
    • The proactive communications to existing Franchisees
    • Approval of the Franchisee candidate by key stakeholders in the organization 

     
    THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

    • College degree
    • 3-5 years of sales experience
    • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
    • Strong technical background and a general understanding of a manufacturing process
    • Familiarity with Sales/CRM programs (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Has authored sales processes to ensure collaboration and cooperation with the larger organization
