- Drives store growth by bringing new Franchisees into the system
- Ensures the success of both ne and existing Franchisees by developing, working, and continually refining selling and onboarding processes
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Drives store growth by attracting, identifying, and bringing Franchisee candidates into the company's system
- Responsible for marketing the Brand to the candidate pool
- Maintains a sales funnel and real-time status on prospects, finalists, and signed Franchisees
- Installs and works sales processes - and works with the cross functional teams to ensure
- The success of the new Franchisees
- The proactive communications to existing Franchisees
- Approval of the Franchisee candidate by key stakeholders in the organization
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- College degree
- 5+ years selling in a franchise environment
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Strong technical background and a general understanding of a manufacturing process
- Fluent in English (verbal, reading, writing)
- Familiarity with Sales/CRM programs (e.g., Salesforce)
- Has authored sales processes to ensure collaboration and cooperation with the larger organization
