WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage inbound leads and conduct initial qualification screenings.
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records and generate reports.
- Coordinate franchise marketing content and broker portal updates.
- Organize discovery days, expos, and recruitment events.
- Assist Franchise Development Managers by ushering qualified leads through the evaluation process.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary in business/marketing preferred.
- 3+ years in franchise development, sales coordination, or customer service.
- CRM proficiency, strong communication, organizational skills.
- Interested in long-term career growth in franchise development or sales.
