WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning across a growing portfolio of acquisitions.

  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting, modeling, and analytics to drive strategic insight and operational discipline.

  • Develop and implement frameworks that optimize capital efficiency, margin improvement, and long-term value creation.

  • Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing data-driven guidance for investment and growth decisions.

  • Build financial infrastructure to support scalability, institutional readiness, and eventual liquidity opportunities.

  • Implement governance and control systems that enhance visibility, accountability, and compliance across the enterprise.

  • Deliver proactive insights to guide performance improvement and capital deployment decisions.

  • Transition into a full-time CFO role as revenue milestones and organizational maturity are achieved.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
