- Join the finance organization of a large, established PE-Backed manufacturing and distribution company.
- Work within a growing finance function that is expanding its analytical and reporting capabilities
- Partner with senior finance leadership and executive stakeholders on financial performance and business decisions

LOCATION
- Remote opportunity with limited travel to the Belmont area
- Expected onsite visits are approximately 2 to 3 times per year

- Own and enhance established financial reporting processes used to evaluate business performance
- Develop, maintain and improve KPI reporting and financial models
- Provide financial analysis and insights to executive leadership and key business partners
- Support forecasting, budgeting and ongoing financial planning activities
- Analyze financial results and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand performance drivers and financial trends
- Help improve processes, reporting and analytical capabilities as the finance function continues to grow
- Operate as a key individual contributor with the opportunity to assume broader management responsibilities over time
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance or a related function
- Experience building and maintaining financial models used for forecasting, planning and decision support
- Strong experience with financial reporting and KPI development
- Ability to analyze financial statements and business performance and communicate findings to senior leadership
- Experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with complex financial data and reporting
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of established processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred background includes experience within a large company or PE-backed middle-market environment and demonstrated readiness to step into a Finance Manager role
