LOCATION

  • Onsite in Charlotte, NC

  • Ensures banking compliance and manages critical financial covenant reporting
  • Supports annual audits through schedule prep and direct auditor coordination
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of reporting processes
  • Plays a key role in modernizing finance systems and analytics capabilities

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
  • 3+ years in public accounting or a corporate accounting environment
  • Hands-on experience with financial reporting, audit support, and internal controls
  • Strong technical foundation in Excel; ERP implementation experience a plus
  • Proven leadership of accounting staff with a coaching and development mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, analytical approach
