- Clear paths beyond the project: director-level integration leadership, corporate development, or a group controller seat overseeing several operating companies
- A competitive base salary plus bonus
LOCATION

- Maps and validates accounts, cost centers, and financial data between the field service software and the ERP
- Makes sure deferred revenue on service agreements, percentage-of-completion on projects, and T&M billing all land correctly in the ledger
- Builds and runs finance UAT scripts, triages defects, and supports legacy-to-D365 reconciliation with the data team
- Documents current-state processes for service billing, agreement billing, and project accounting across operating companies
- Supports close readiness for the initial pilot companies, then each rollout wave after that

- Exposure to an ERP implementation, or a clear track record of learning systems quickly
- Familiarity with service, agreement, or project billing and with T&M, contract, and POC revenue recognition
- Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with messy, inconsistent data
- CPA or MBA preferred
