- Edit job descriptions & postings; post and manage job postings
- Conduct phone pre-screen interviews & schedule in-person interviews
- Manage interview scheduling and logistics
- Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience
- Track and report on candidate flow and hiring success
- Assist hourly candidates navigating the preboarding process, ensuring critical steps are followed and required documentation is provided
The Background That Fits:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hourly or field recruitment (hospitality, retail, or service industry experience a plus).
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, especially for entry-level or frontline roles.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills; able to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
