- Supporting grassroots efforts and in-market activations that strengthen community presence and acquisition
- Building and maintaining playbooks and toolkits that create consistent, scalable execution across locations
- Tracking performance of local marketing initiatives and surfacing insights to sharpen strategy over time
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of marketing or communications experience, ideally within a multi-location or service-based organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with data and translating results into clear, actionable recommendations
