LOCATION
  • Onsite 5x a week in Charlotte, NC
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for center visits and local activation support
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Executing hyper-local marketing initiatives that align with national campaigns and location-level performance goals
  • Identifying and activating local partnership opportunities to build awareness and drive engagement
  • Supporting grassroots efforts and in-market activations that strengthen community presence and acquisition
  • Building and maintaining playbooks and toolkits that create consistent, scalable execution across locations
  • Tracking performance of local marketing initiatives and surfacing insights to sharpen strategy over time
A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3+ years of marketing or communications experience, ideally within a multi-location or service-based organization
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with data and translating results into clear, actionable recommendations
