WHERE IT IS LOCATED
On-site, 4 days per week in South Park
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Sit in on client intake calls (and occasional client meetings) to understand the business, role requirements, and target candidate profile
  • Build and execute a research and sourcing strategy for each search, including in-depth competitive and market research
  • Develop targeted candidate lists and continuously pipeline hard-to-find, primarily passive talent
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, texts, follow-ups) with persistence to engage and recruit candidates not actively looking
  • Complete initial phone screens and qualify candidates before handing them off to the lead search consultant for interviews
  • Partner with search consultants to craft outreach messaging and positioning that resonates with candidates
  • Work collaboratively across the firm—sharing talent leads and leveraging a "firm-owned" candidate database with no off-limits contacts
  • Surface potential new search opportunities from candidate conversations and loop in leadership for possible client introductions (commission eligible for referred searches)
 
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED
  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a closely related outreach-driven role (e.g., corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, business development or nonprofit fundraising)
  • Demonstrated ability to source and recruit passive talent through persistent outreach (calls/texts/emails) and handle frequent rejection while staying motivated
  • Professional, polished communication skills with the ability to participate on client intake calls and represent role/company details credibly
  • Business curiosity and aptitude to quickly understand a client's business/industry and translate that into compelling candidate messaging
  • Ability to stay organized and committed over longer search timelines
