A BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in fast-paced, high-touch environments requiring strong judgment and discretion
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or other structured corporate environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to function as a trusted partner to leadership with a proactive, anticipatory, and highly organized approach
