- Coordinate comprehensive travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for executive and team members
- Manage the CEO's calendar with strategic precision, scheduling meetings with investors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and present scheduling recommendations and operational plans
- Communicate directly with investors and clients to arrange meetings and support business initiatives
- Serve as company reception point, handling incoming calls and inquiries on behalf of the organization
- Support additional executive and team member needs, including travel coordination and administrative tasks
- Take independent initiative to identify solutions and streamline processes with minimal direction
- 5+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience supporting C-suite executives
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern AI tools (or ability to quickly learn them)
- Advanced calendar management and scheduling expertise, including complex travel coordination and logistics
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills—able to anticipate needs, take ownership, and present solutions without extensive direction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the maturity to manage both professional and personal administrative tasks
- Availability for flexible, extended hours and willingness to support the executive beyond standard business hours
- Comfort working with pets (must not have allergies to dogs and cats, as may be required for occasional house visits)
