WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the managing partner and the employment team.
  • Manage attorney and team calendars, track deadlines, and ensure efficient time management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, including sensitive communications and firm matters.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mailbox management, document preparation, scheduling, and internal coordination.
  • Support seamless operations in a professional, fast-paced legal environment while maintaining a steady, personable presence.
 
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 3–5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level or C-suite executives; legal or law firm experience preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, email/calendar systems, and document management; familiarity with legal processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Mature, professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously is a strong asset.
