- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the managing partner and the employment team.
- Manage attorney and team calendars, track deadlines, and ensure efficient time management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, including sensitive communications and firm matters.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mailbox management, document preparation, scheduling, and internal coordination.
- Support seamless operations in a professional, fast-paced legal environment while maintaining a steady, personable presence.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3–5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level or C-suite executives; legal or law firm experience preferred but not required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, email/calendar systems, and document management; familiarity with legal processes and terminology is a plus.
- Mature, professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously is a strong asset.
