- Serve as a strategic extension of senior leadership, ensuring priorities, communication, and operations run seamlessly
- Enable executives to operate at a high level by managing complex global calendars, travel, and workflows
- Act as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders, supporting high-level decision-making and alignment
- Drive efficiency across cross-functional initiatives, leadership meetings, and enterprise coordination
- Support global operations by managing logistics and communication across multiple regions and time zones
- Help maintain continuity during a critical transition period, with the opportunity to evolve into a long-term role
- Play a key role in fostering collaboration and operational excellence within the broader administrative team
- 5–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, global organization
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel, and executive-level communications
- Strong ability to operate proactively, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities with minimal direction
- Experience working across multiple time zones and supporting global stakeholders (APAC, Europe, LATAM preferred)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience with travel and expense platforms such as Concur or Navan is a plus
- Comfortable working in an on-site, high-touch environment with occasional after-hours support as needed
