  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and shifting priorities with minimal direction
  • Experience working cross-functionally and communicating effectively across multiple levels of an organization
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Comfortable operating with discretion, handling sensitive information, and maintaining confidentiality
  • Experience in professional services or similarly fast-moving environments is a strong plus
  • Strong systems skills (Outlook, Excel, and scheduling tools) with the ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
