The Background That Fits
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience, ideally supporting a CEO, President, Head of School, or senior executive leader.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting board or executive leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, and coordinating materials.
- Strong written communication skills with experience drafting and proofreading executive correspondence and presentations.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism while interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized professional who can prioritize competing requests, manage special projects, and anticipate executive needs.
- Experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations is helpful but not required.
