WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Provides dedicated support to the SVP - Chief Accounting Officer and SVP - Finance and Treasurer, owning calendar management, meeting execution, executive deliverables, and special project oversight.
- Coordinates materials for board meetings, finance-related committees, and executive communications with confidentiality and precision.
- Attends selected meetings to provide administrative support and prepares accurate, timely meeting minutes.
- Anticipates leadership needs and proactively delivers timely, thoughtful solutions.
- Tracks milestones and deliverables for high-impact initiatives across finance and corporate operations.
- Serves as a cultural connector within the organization, helping align priorities, communications, and leadership expectations.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior finance executives within large enterprises, public companies, or high-accountability environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite—especially PowerPoint—with polished communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated discretion and experience handling confidential materials with care.
- Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments.
- Professional presence and experience supporting leaders navigating board governance, investor communications, or regulatory timelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
