  • Help keep senior leadership organized, prepared, and focused by managing scheduling, travel, expenses, and day-to-day administrative priorities
  • Serve as a key point of coordination for internal and external communication, helping ensure responsiveness and professionalism across interactions
  • Support the creation and organization of important business materials, including presentations, proposals, correspondence, and project documentation
  • Maintain structure and accuracy across files, signatures, records, and other critical information that supports the broader team
  • Contribute to overall team effectiveness by assisting with meetings, events, special projects, and other high-priority initiatives
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Experience supporting a senior executive, department leader, or fast-paced business team in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and remain detail oriented under pressure
  • Professional communication skills and confidence interfacing with executives, clients, vendors, and business partners
  • Experience coordinating calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, and document preparation with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
  • Proficiency in core office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, along with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
