- Serve as a key point of coordination for internal and external communication, helping ensure responsiveness and professionalism across interactions

- Maintain structure and accuracy across files, signatures, records, and other critical information that supports the broader team

- Experience supporting a senior executive, department leader, or fast-paced business team in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and remain detail oriented under pressure
- Professional communication skills and confidence interfacing with executives, clients, vendors, and business partners
- Experience coordinating calendars, travel, meetings, expenses, and document preparation with a high level of accuracy and follow-through
- Proficiency in core office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, along with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
