- ~15–20% travel to support multiple manufacturing locations
- Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne 9.2)
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for ERP and related business applications
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Configure and enhance JD Edwards, including event rules, orchestrations, and custom objects
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using One View Reporting, BI Publisher, and dashboards
- Support integrations with shop floor, inventory, and operational systems
- Lead and contribute to ERP-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and support SOX compliance requirements
- Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders across multiple locations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne 9.2 preferred)
- Strong functional knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain, or financial modules
- Experience with JD Edwards development tools (event rules, orchestrations, reporting)
- Background supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
- Experience with One View Reporting, BI Publisher, EDI, and SQL
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with IBM Power Systems
- Exposure to structured programming (C++ or similar)
- Experience supporting ERP consolidations or multi-entity environments
