- Serve as the primary owner and business contact for ERP and financial systems
- Support, administer, and enhance a cloud-based ERP platform and related manufacturing applications
- Oversee day-to-day system operations including job monitoring, reporting, configurations, and enhancements
- Act as the liaison between business users, IT partners, and external vendors
- Gather requirements from finance, operations, and manufacturing teams and translate them into system solutions
- Prioritize system requests, enhancements, and projects with minimal oversight
- 5+ years of ERP (Oracle Fusion) administration and support experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and shop floor processes
- Experience working with cloud-based ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design practical system solutions
- Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives (SOX or similar) - A MUST
- Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data analysis
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
