- This team is currently focusing on consolidating financial systems into a unified NetSuite ERP platform.
- The organization is navigating complex integration challenges involving multiple legacy systems, including Workday Financials and NetSuite instances, with a targeted go-live date of October 1st.

- Validate the NetSuite implementation by reviewing requirements and ensuring the system meets specified business needs.
- Perform functional testing and quality assurance to identify issues before handing off to users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including finance and IT teams, to align testing efforts and support process improvements.
- Filter and enhance predefined NetSuite use cases to create reusable test cases for the business to own and expand.
- Assist in documenting processes and configurations not covered by Oracle to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
- Support data validation and migration efforts, including historic data assessment and coordination with partners for data conversions.
- Act as a third-party check and balance to ensure integrators and implementation teams deliver according to scope and quality standards.
- Partner with internal team members to train and upskill staff for ongoing NetSuite support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience with NetSuite, particularly in financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Strong background in validating ERP implementations, including functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
- Ability to quickly understand and filter predefined NetSuite use cases, enhancing and tailoring them for business needs.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Skilled in documenting test cases, acceptance criteria, and business validations to support system handoff and ongoing maintenance.
- Familiarity with data migration and data validation processes, especially in consolidating data from multiple legacy systems into a unified ERP platform.
- Senior-level consulting or QA experience with the ability to act as a strategic partner and provide checks and balances during ERP implementation projects.
