WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Serves as the internal SME for all things Infor Syteline post go-live
-
Drives ongoing system optimization, user support, and cross-functional training
-
Works with stakeholders to enhance workflows, improve data accuracy, and resolve integration issues

Builds reports and dashboards to empower operations, finance, and leadership teams

Liaises with Infor and 3rd-party vendors for escalations, enhancements, and system updates
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
-
3+ years supporting Infor Syteline ERP in a manufacturing or distribution environment
-
Strong understanding of core modules including inventory, finance, production, and order management
-
Experience with post-implementation ERP support, including troubleshooting and optimization
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with multiple stakeholder groups
