- This is not a fully remote role
- Own the architecture behind personalization across customer-facing platforms (mobile, loyalty, promotions, and digital experience)
- Translate customer journeys and business needs into scalable, end-to-end architecture solutions
- Design how customer data flows across systems including CDP, mobile applications, POS, and loyalty platforms
- Partner across multiple teams (enterprise architecture, product, engineering) to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Drive architectural decisions that impact personalization strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Experience operating at a Lead / Principal / Enterprise Architect level
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), personalization, and customer journey orchestration
- Ability to design architecture across multiple systems and teams — not just within a single platform
- Exposure to tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar ecosystems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
