- Lead and oversee employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution
- Advise managers on performance discussions and policy application
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and labor agreements
- Support leadership development through coaching and HR training
- Partner on process improvement and contribute to policy and procedure refinement
- Provide direct guidance to employees on resolving workplace concerns
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and HR best practices
- Experience supporting unionized environments and working with collective bargaining agreements
- Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching leaders, and managing complex employee matters
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, juggling priorities, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
