- Design and develop robust backend functionality using PHP and Symfony, supporting Oro Commerce (preferred) or Magento environments.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations between eCommerce platforms and enterprise systems (D365 F&O, D365 CE).
- Customize B2B storefront functionality including pricing models, checkout workflows, and account management capabilities.
- Manage platform installations, configurations, version upgrades, and production deployments.
- Develop reusable modules and scalable libraries to support long-term platform growth.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement secure coding practices for payment processing and SSL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM development cycles and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Support database design and management across MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of eCommerce development experience (Oro Commerce strongly preferred; Magento considered).
- Strong experience with PHP, Symfony, REST APIs.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and ERP-connected commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Database experience with MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular preferred).
- Experience with Docker and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and payment processing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
