- Join a technical operations team responsible for maintaining engineering documentation supporting critical transmission infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering, asset management, manufacturers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure equipment documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
- Support the lifecycle of major transmission assets by managing technical records that are essential for maintenance, troubleshooting, and future equipment replacements.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Experience supporting engineering documentation, document control, records management, technical administration, or similar functions.
- Strong attention to detail with experience organizing technical drawings, manuals, test reports, or engineering documentation.
- Experience working with document management systems, engineering databases, or asset management platforms such as CastPro, Maximo, or similar tools.
- Ability to extract, organize, and validate technical metadata with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical reports, instruction manuals, and related documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, Outlook, and general file management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience supporting engineering, utilities, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or other technical environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with transmission or electrical equipment is a plus but not required.
