THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

  • Join a technical operations team responsible for maintaining engineering documentation supporting critical transmission infrastructure.
  • Partner with engineering, asset management, manufacturers, and other technical stakeholders to ensure equipment documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Support the lifecycle of major transmission assets by managing technical records that are essential for maintenance, troubleshooting, and future equipment replacements.
  • Become part of a collaborative environment where attention to detail and data accuracy directly support engineering and operational success.

  • Hybrid work schedule based in Lake Mary, Florida.

  • Ensure critical engineering documentation is properly organized, indexed, and searchable for future maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment replacement.
  • Maintain the integrity of technical records by accurately extracting and entering metadata into enterprise document management systems.
  • Coordinate engineering document reviews across multiple technical stakeholders to support project timelines and documentation quality.
  • Improve the accessibility and reliability of engineering information while supporting efficient business and engineering operations.
  • Help maintain documentation standards that support long-term asset management and operational excellence.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Experience supporting engineering documentation, document control, records management, technical administration, or similar functions.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience organizing technical drawings, manuals, test reports, or engineering documentation.
  • Experience working with document management systems, engineering databases, or asset management platforms such as CastPro, Maximo, or similar tools.
  • Ability to extract, organize, and validate technical metadata with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical reports, instruction manuals, and related documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, Outlook, and general file management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience supporting engineering, utilities, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or other technical environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with transmission or electrical equipment is a plus but not required.
