LOCATION
- On-site 4 days a week in Charlotte, NC
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of websites, SEO, AIO/GEO, local search, and digital performance initiatives across a multi-location business.
- Manage website and MarTech infrastructure, including tagging, tracking, reporting, CRM/CDP integrations, and overall digital setup needed to support performance marketing and customer experience.
- Partner closely with paid media, content, IT, product, and branch stakeholders to improve conversion paths, landing pages, lead flow, and user experience.
- Oversee tools and platforms tied to web and search performance, including analytics, search console, local listings, and related optimization technologies.
- Establish process, prioritization, QA standards, and project management discipline across web and SEO efforts while helping lead and develop a small supporting team.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Proven experience leading website strategy and SEO in a multi-entity, multi-location, or decentralized business environment.
- Strong SEO expertise is required, including technical SEO, local SEO, and a clear understanding of how organic search ties to lead generation and revenue performance.
- Experience with AIO, GEO, geo-targeting, CRM platforms, and broader digital infrastructure, with the ability to connect systems, data, and user journeys effectively.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is required
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, including IT, product, marketing, and field or branch leadership.
- Background in home services, private equity-backed, or similarly fast-moving growth environments is helpful, but the strongest fit will be someone who is both strategically strong and execution-oriented.
