  • In office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and remote on Wednesdays, South Charlotte area
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for marketing and merchandising across digital, print, and in-community channels, ensuring alignment with brand vision and company objectives
  • Guide and mentor a team responsible for campaign execution, creative production, and digital performance, driving clarity of purpose and high standards.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, and operations to align marketing strategy with business goals and drive platform-wide consistency.
  • Oversee brand strategy, model merchandising direction, and storytelling initiatives to strengthen buyer engagement and emotional connection.
  • Own high-level planning and prioritization for marketing initiatives, ensuring scalable systems, vendor partnerships, and measurable impact.
  • Evaluate performance data and market trends to optimize platform strategies and ensure continuous improvement across all marketing functions.
 
Background That Fits
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing digital and creative teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design preferred.
  • Proven expertise in marketing project management, campaign execution, and team leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, website performance tools, CRM platforms, and cross-functional vendor coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring brand and operational alignment.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
