DIRECTOR OF MARKETING THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
  • Serves as the critical link between product, sales, and market, translating technical features into compelling, revenue-driving messaging
  • Owns and drives go-to-market strategy across product launches, campaigns, and channel initiatives
  • Elevates brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials, ensuring accuracy in a highly technical, compliance-driven space
  • Builds and tracks performance through KPIs and dashboards, bringing data-driven decision making into marketing execution
  • Supports sales enablement by developing tools and campaigns that directly impact distributor engagement and end-user adoption
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or player/coach capacity
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical product environments preferred
  • Strong ability to translate complex, technical products into clear, compelling messaging for multiple audiences
  • Proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies and driving measurable growth through campaigns and analytics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, balancing strategy with execution
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., monday.com) and data-driven marketing practices
  • Exceptional communication skills across written, visual, and verbal mediums, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic impact
