WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Lead and manage FP&A for the portfolio, providing strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive business performance and support decision-making. 
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and strategy formulation/execution. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support in evaluating new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and product profitability. 
  • Analyze and interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and identify trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership. 
  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements. 
  • Manage the portfolio’s cost structure and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market headwinds, and regulatory changes that may impact the business, and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the corporate finance team, supporting the preparation of internal and external reporting and fulfilling other ad-hoc reporting requirements. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. 





THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in finance with 3+ years in a leadership role,
  • Experience navigating the prescription fulfillment industry (i.e. PBMs) and complex organizational structures. 
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to senior management. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex cost structures, allocations, and shared service arrangements. 
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
