LOCATION:

  • Hybrid (2-3 days on-site, the remainder remote)


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead a high-performing FP&A team responsible for end-to-end financial planning — from 3-year strategic plans to monthly close and board-level reporting

  • Serve as a key advisor to business leaders by modeling scenarios, assessing growth opportunities, and driving data-backed decision-making

  • Own and manage a core business P&L, with an emphasis on predictability and variance reduction

  • Build financial models to support SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV) and evaluate subscription-based revenue dynamics

  • Partner cross-functionally with executives across Sales, Product, and Operations to scale forecasting and process automation

  • Standardize reporting frameworks and automate tools to streamline analysis and improve insight velocity


HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 10+ years in FP&A, Investor Relations, banking, or private equity with extensive exposure to software business models

  • Strong grasp of 3-statement modeling, forecasting, and subscription-based performance metrics

  • Proven leadership experience, managing and developing financial analysts in fast-paced environments

  • Expertise in financial systems, especially planning tools like Adaptive Insights

  • Familiarity with ASC 606 accounting and SaaS-specific revenue recognition nuances

  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward action, innovation, and execution
